2000 Doo-Dah Parade

Pasadena, CA

Tortillas still exist in Old Town Pasadena!

PASADENA, CALIFORNIA - November 20, 2000 Yes, the Rocky Horror Picture Show proved once again that Sin and Debauchery are still alive in Southern California as a small representation from West Los Angeles-based Sins o' the Flesh paraded beneath flying tortillas at the annual Doo-Dah Parade on Sunday.

A double-transvestite Whipping Frank, backed up by Tuxedo Brad and a "Transvestite" Underwear Janet (Sins Regular Emily, Propguy Ryan, and Sins Regular Andy, respectively), got the crowd going with "B-B-B" and "ROCKY" cheers and passed out pink flyers with theatre information. Despite their diminutive numbers, the "Smallest Doo-Dah Rocky Group in Recent History" managed to prove that sometimes size really doesn't matter (as long as you've got a girl playing a guy in drag, a guy in drag, a guy with plaid, and lots of pink flyers).

Special thanks to Emily and Andy, who braved the sun (and breaking shoes) to put on a superb performance. As Sinner Ryan simply put it, "Our regulars fuckin' ROCK!"
